Join UTRI for “NAVIDAD A REYNOSA” (Christmas to Reynosa) to be held December 27-30, 2008!   We want to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ by sharing with our Mexican brothers and sisters the Good News of our Savior.  To complete the event we will host a Grande Hot Dog Fiesta along with gifts for the children.

NAVIDAD A REYNOSA will be held in a large field surrounded by people struggling daily for survival - physical, financial but most importantly spiritual.  With the help of several area Reynosa churches and you we can bless them as we have been blessed!

As you arrive on the 27th we’ll put you to work at our home base sorting and making preparations for the fiesta!  We’ll be traveling to Reynosa on the 28th to set up the field, do door-to-door inviting and final preparations.  Get ready for the 29th as we minister to our Mexican friends through cooking, singing, preaching, free raffles for sewing machines, bikes and more.

We also want to be a blessing to the children.  Our plan is for each child to receive a Christmas Bag which can be placed around their neck while their hands are full of hot dogs and charro beans.  For more information, click here to see what goes into the bags.  This is a wonderful project for your church, civic or youth organization to participate in.   We anticipate hundreds maybe thousands of people in attendance so please ask the Lord how you can take part in this.

Pray for sewing machine & bikes for the free raffle!

Pray for missionaries (you) to help put this on!

The cost for NAVIDAD A REYNOSA is $175.00 per person.  This will cover transportation, meals, McAllen airport pickup/departure and 3 nights lodging.
